The last weekend in January boasted temperatures near 80, while the first Tuesday in February promises wind chills near 0. Welcome to Winter in North Texas! Just in time for our first Super Bowl, Old Man Winter will be sending some grief our way. Here's to a wintry mix with lots of photo ops!
Update 02/03/11 - Today marks the 3rd day we've been trapped by ice and snow, and the 2nd we've been without water. R tried, without success, to leave the neighborhood, only to find that 718 is a large sheet of ice. The Prius is no match for that!
02/04/11 - The water is back on, thanks for Alpha-Omega Well Service in Decatur, but there was an additional 4 inches of snow overnight. Where did the road go? And yes, that's snow in the bathtub on 2/3/11.
